Znajdujący się we wrocławskim Parku Szczytnickim “Ogród japoński” założony został w latach 1909-1912 w związku z Wystawą Światową z 1913 roku, z inicjatywy hrabiego Fritza von Hochberga z Iłowej i zaprojektowany przez japońskiego ogrodnika Mankichi Arai.
